23 MONKEYS does realize mistakes can happen and will gladly accept returns on an exchange basis. Replacement orders are shipped back to you, regular mail, upon return of product in its original condition. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order.

We cannot refund the original shipping cost. If the tee shirts themselves are materially flawed or the quality of the printing is below a reasonable range of expectation we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the item back to us if you send it REGULAR MAIL. Express shipping will not be reimbursed.

Returns can take 2-3 weeks to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you an email notification.

Be specific in explaining your reason for returning the product. The more information you give the easier it will be to complete your return.
